GUIDEMechanics and How to Use

At a Glance

An Identity that inflicts large amounts of Rupture and deals enhanced Blunt damage against enemies with high Rupture or Bloodfiend/Bloodbag enemies. At 15 Rupture Potency and 3 Count or more, S2 and S3 stop applying Rupture, making Count maintenance a challenge.

Core Mechanics

  • Rupture bonuses: Each attack skill gains +1 Coin Power if the target has at least 6 Rupture. If the target has at least 15 Rupture and 3 Rupture Count, S2 Bonecrusher and S3 A Cheerful Hunt's End do not inflict Rupture or Rupture Count with that skill, but gain +1 Coin Power instead (+1 more against Bloodfiends and Blood Sacs) (Uptie Ⅳ). This stop also covers the Rupture Count increase on S2's and S3's own Clash Wins.
  • Topping up Count on Clash Win: S2 and S3 increase Rupture Count on Clash Win. However, it is not replenished while the bonus above is active, so it only works when the condition is not met.
  • S1 — Slam: Not affected by the stop, so it keeps inflicting Rupture in 4 parts even during the bonus.
  • Combat passive — How to Hunt Cheerfully (4 Gluttony Owned; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ): +10% damage if the target is a Bloodfiend or Blood Sac or has at least 10 Rupture. If he has Bleed on use, inflicts 3 Rupture on hit (once per turn at lower Uptie, twice at Uptie Ⅳ). This infliction is not affected by the skill-side stop.
  • S3's reuse: Coin Ⅲ is reused if the target has at least 15 Rupture or is below 30% HP ratio, once per skill (Uptie Ⅳ).

How to Use

Stack Rupture with S1 and S2, then land S3 on enemies with 15 or more Rupture or weakened enemies to aim for the bonus and reuse. During the bonus, S2 and S3 inflict neither Rupture nor Count, so Rupture Count decreases with every attack. Cover Rupture Count with allies who can inflict it, and add Rupture with S1 and the passive's 3 Rupture. He shines especially in the Mirror Dungeon, where E.G.O Gifts can supplement Rupture.
